o Drink a glass of cold water, sit somewhere and close your eyes and cool down yourself.
o Concentrate on your breathing meditating mentally. If your mind is disturb than you can even try loud recitation of some mantra of god & goddesses.
o You can go out in the fresh air and take a brisk walk.
o Control of Anger long Term measure Blue color is considered to be good for reducing anger because this color is a symbol of coolness and calmness so for this.
o Fill water in a blue color bottle and keep this bottle in sun far a day. The water thus will be charged with the blue color of sun rays. You can drink this water.
